How to use our Alert Manager. This section teaches you how to add, create and configure Alerts in our Tracking Platform.

Integr8’s Alert Management system empowers users to maintain control over their marketing campaigns by configuring customized alerts and notifications. These alerts can be delivered via email or Slack, ensuring timely awareness of critical metrics.

Setting Up Notification Channels:

  • Navigate to the Alert Management menu.
  • Access the “Notification Channels” tab.
  • Click “+Create” to add a new channel.
  • Specify the channel’s name and type (Email or Slack).
  • Provide the recipient’s email address or the Slack Webhook URL.
  • Save the configuration.

Available Alert Types:

High Rejection Rate Alert:

Monitors clicks and conversions, notifying users when the rejection rate exceeds predefined thresholds.

Total Volume Count Alert:

Tracks clicks and conversions, triggering notifications when volumes fall below or exceed set thresholds.

Traffic Increase or Decrease Alert:

Detects significant changes in traffic by comparing current click or conversion volumes to those from previous periods, alerting users to deviations beyond specified percentage thresholds.

Configuring Alerts:

  • In the Alerts Management section:
  • Click “+Create” to initiate a new alert.
  • Choose the alert type (e.g., High Rejection Rate, Total Volume Count).
  • Enter a descriptive name for the alert.
  • Assign the appropriate notification channel.

Define specific criteria:

  • Integrations: Select integration or use Default.
  • Offer ID: Apply the alert to all offers or target a specific offer.
  • Partner ID: Apply the alert to all publishers or a specific partner.
  • Time Period: Set the monitoring timeframe.
  • Thresholds: Establish minimum and maximum values for metrics like clicks, conversions, or rejection rates.
  • Check Interval: Determine how frequently the system evaluates conditions.
  • Save the alert configuration.

By leveraging Integr8’s Alert Management features, users can proactively monitor campaign performance, swiftly address anomalies, and optimize outcomes effectively.
