Migrate from Affise

Connect Affise to copy offers and related configuration into Integr8. Use a Network connection with an Affise admin API key, or an Affiliate connection with credentials from an affiliate account.

  • You need your Integr8 email address and password.
  • Prepare your Affise account API domain, for example https://api-mycompany.affise.com. Do not use the Affise demo API domain.
  • For Network access, prepare an admin API key. See Affise API for admins.
  • For Affiliate access, prepare the API key from the affiliate account. See Affise API for affiliates.
  • For Affiliate access, create the destination advertiser in Integr8 first.
Access in Affise Connection type What you can migrate
Affise administrator Network Advertisers, active partners, offers, landing pages, and events
Affise affiliate Affiliate Live offers, affiliate links, and events assigned to one existing Integr8 advertiser

Affise partners become publishers in Integr8. Creatives and historical reporting data are not migrated.

In this step, you connect an Affise administrator account and choose which offer statuses and visibility values to prepare for Integr8.

  1. Open the Migration Tool and sign in with your Integr8 credentials.
  2. On Connections, select Add Connection.
  3. Set Connection Type to Network.
  4. Set Source Platform to Affise.
  5. Paste the admin key into Affise API Key.
  6. Enter your full domain in Affise API URL.
  7. Enter an optional Name for this Affise account.
  8. Under Offer Statuses to Sync, select at least one of Active, Paused, or Deleted.
  9. Under Integr8 Offer Visibility, keep Use source visibility or choose an override.
  10. Select Create & Sync.

Create an Affise Network connection

In this step, you connect an Affise affiliate account, assign its offers to one Integr8 advertiser, and optionally define margin and tracking URL rules.

  1. On Connections, select Add Connection.
  2. Set Connection Type to Affiliate.
  3. Set Source Platform to Affise.
  4. Paste the affiliate key into Affise API Key.
  5. Enter your full domain in Affise API URL.
  6. Select the destination Integr8 Advertiser. You can also create an advertiser from this field.
  7. Set an optional Margin to reduce the Integr8 payout while retaining the Affise payout as revenue.
  8. Under Integr8 Offer Visibility, keep Default to Private or choose another visibility.
  9. Add optional Tracking URL Parameters that should be appended to every migrated affiliate link.
  10. Select Create & Sync. Affiliate connections sync live offers only.

Create an Affise Affiliate connection

The sync copies Affise records into a temporary Migration Tool preview. It does not change records in Affise or create records in Integr8.

  1. Follow the phase badges in Sync Log.
  2. Review each live log entry as offers, advertisers, and affiliates are cached.
  3. Wait for the sync to complete before opening Preview.

Follow an Affise sync in the Sync Log

In this step, you verify how Affise fields map to Integr8, choose the records to move, and confirm the migration before anything is created.

  1. Open the Affise connection card.
  2. On Preview, review Offers. Network connections also provide Advertisers and Affiliates tabs.
  3. Expand an offer to compare Affise API fields and values with the resulting Integr8 offer, landing pages, economics, events, and targeting.
  4. Check the mapping status to see which values are copied directly, transformed, or omitted.
  5. Use All, Migrated, and Not migrated to check previous results.
  6. Select individual rows or use the available Migrate All action for the active tab.
  7. Confirm the entity count and select Start Migration.

Review Affise offer mappings before migration

Affise does not provide publisher visibility dependencies for each offer. If you want all active partners in Integr8, migrate them separately from the Affiliates tab.

Use Migrate to confirm that each selected entity finishes successfully. The page shows live entity progress and continues to update while the server creates or reuses Integr8 records.

  1. Keep the Migrate page open while the migration runs.
  2. Review entity progress and the migration log for created, updated, already synced, or failed records.
  3. When the migration finishes, review the summary and open the resulting records in Integr8.

Review an Affise migration in progress

  1. Use Re-sync on Preview after changing data in Affise.
  2. On Connections, open the connection action menu and select Edit to change statuses, visibility, margin, tracking parameters, or the API key.
  3. Leave the API key blank while editing to keep the saved key. The source platform and API URL cannot be changed after creation.

If Affise rejects the key or domain, confirm that the key matches the selected connection type. For more help, email support@integr8.co.
