Job Description
Business Development Manager
Affiliate & Performance Marketing — LATAM / U.S.
- 100% Remote (LATAM)
- Full Sales Cycle
- Reports to CEO
About Us
This role spans two companies under the same leadership, both operating in the affiliate and performance marketing space:
Integr8.co is an affiliate tracking platform with integrated fraud prevention. It gives networks, advertisers, and agencies a single platform to manage their affiliate programs, track conversions, and catch fraud before it eats into their margins.
24metrics.com is a click and affiliate fraud prevention solution. It helps performance marketers detect and block fraudulent traffic in real time, protecting ad budgets across the affiliate ecosystem.
Both products are built for the same ecosystem and sold to the same buyer profiles. You will represent both.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who already knows the affiliate and performance marketing landscape across LATAM and the U.S. Someone who has relationships with agencies, advertisers, and networks. Someone who understands cost-per-lead programs, ecommerce affiliate campaigns, and the players who run them. Someone who can pick up the phone, send a message, or walk into a conference and open doors.
This is not a role where you follow a script. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You report directly to the CEO. There are no layers, no politics, and no bureaucracy. If you bring results, you will be rewarded. Simple as that.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business with affiliate networks, agencies, advertisers, and media buyers across LATAM and the U.S.
- Focus on verticals where our products deliver the most value: cost-per-lead (CPL) programs, ecommerce affiliate campaigns, and performance-driven advertiser programs.
- Leverage your existing network to generate pipeline from day one.
- Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Represent both Integr8 and 24metrics at industry events and conferences such as Affiliate Summit (East, West, LATAM), Affiliate World, and other regional performance marketing events.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and VP-level decision makers at networks, agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategy for the LATAM and U.S. markets.
- Provide market feedback to help prioritize product development.
- Track your pipeline and activity in the CRM with discipline.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the affiliate marketing ecosystem (network, agency, tracking platform, or ad tech side).
- A real, established network of contacts across advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks in LATAM and/or the U.S.
- Deep understanding of how affiliate programs work: tracking, attribution, payouts, publisher management, fraud challenges.
- Solid experience with cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-action (CPA), and ecommerce affiliate program models.
- Familiarity with technical affiliate and tracking setups (postback URLs, pixel integration, server-to-server tracking, API integrations).
- Hunter mentality. You do not wait for leads to come to you. You go find them.
- Comfortable selling to and negotiating with C-level executives and senior decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous work environment without constant oversight.
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or selling fraud prevention / traffic quality solutions.
- Previous exposure to affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., CAKE, HasOffers/TUNE, Everflow, Affise, or similar).
- Experience at companies like Awin, CJ Affiliate, Impact, Rakuten, Perform[cb], Acceleration Partners, or similar.
- Existing relationships in the LATAM and U.S. affiliate community.
- Understanding of the ecommerce affiliate landscape: cashback, coupon, loyalty, content, and influencer publisher models.
- Regular attendee or speaker at Affiliate Summit, Affiliate World, or similar industry events.
What We Offer
- USD-denominated contractor compensation with a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission in a 50/50 split (base and variable are equal at target).
- 25 days paid time off per year.
- Annual conference travel budget covering flights, hotels, and tickets for 4 to 6 industry events (Affiliate Summit, Affiliate World, and regional events).
- Home office setup budget to get you properly equipped from day one.
- 100% remote work. Work from anywhere in LATAM.
- Flexible working hours. We care about results, not when you are online.
- Direct line to the CEO. No middle management, no politics, no red tape.
- Clear growth path. This is the first hire in the region with real potential to grow into a regional leadership role as we scale.
- Opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for two products in a growing market.
